This role also involves data analysis for service delivery improvement and representing the organization externally.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Seven years of progressive leadership experience in human services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of case management principles and social service delivery systems.
Preferred:
- Proven track record of successfully planning and implementing projects.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong commitment to promoting racial equity, diversity, and inclusion.
