About You
- 5+ years of clinical experience providing trauma-informed care.
- 5+ years of experience in foster care, child welfare, or social services.
- 4+ years of experience in supervision or administration of social services.
- Strong clinical skills and experience providing clinical consultation.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience writing home studies and licensing families through Washington State Foster Care Systems.
- Knowledge of foster home licensing and home studies.
- Successful experience in program development and implementation.
