About the Role
As the Director of Retail Media, you will own DSP activation and optimization strategy across various retail media platforms, translate business objectives into actionable DSP strategies, and lead audience and measurement strategy. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective campaign execution and optimization, develop DSP playbooks, and support talent development within your team.
About You
Required:
- Strong understanding of the retail media and eCommerce ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Retail Media DSP platforms such as Amazon DSP and Walmart DSP.
- Expert-level reporting and presentation skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience leveraging retail measurement and analytics tools.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with creative and content workflows for DSP environments.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
