About You
Required:

- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional operations in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional expertise in navigating regulatory frameworks, implementing onboarding systems, or managing financial operations at scale.
- Highly structured approach to problem-solving with a strong bias toward action.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel approximately 1 week monthly.
- Proficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity and accelerate deliverables.
