About You
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles within the consumer packaged goods industry
- Proficient in Nielsen, IRI, Circana or other related analytical tools
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Prior experience in candy, confectionery, or salty snacks
- Experience calling on the Value channel and/or Drug channel
- Prior supervisory experience in people management
- MBA or Master's Degree in Business Administration
