About the Role
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and revenue levels, coordinating all aspects of the sales process, and working closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for increasing inquiries and sales. Your tasks will include conducting tours, managing inquiries, compiling marketing reports, and ensuring effective communication with potential residents.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing/sales preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in marketing and sales and knowledge of senior living industry.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience managing a team.
