ThriveMore is seeking a Director of Sales to manage the full sales process for Ardenwoods, including the assisted living community, Heather Glen, ensuring budgeted occupancy goals are met.
About the Role
As the Director of Sales, you will oversee the sales journey of prospects from initial inquiry to move-in, supervise the sales team, generate leads through various outreach efforts, conduct sales presentations, maintain accurate prospect records, and collaborate on marketing strategies. You will also participate in community events and ensure compliance with state regulations regarding admissions to assisted living.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior direct sales experience required; senior living industry experience strongly preferred.
Preferred:
Demonstrated knowledge of sales practices and procedures.
Experience selling within a new or expanding senior living community preferred.
