This role involves leading the development of district-wide service processes across various departments to ensure a streamlined experience for all stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in technology management.
- 5 years of experience in IT Service Management.
Preferred:
- ITIL 4 Foundations certification.
- ServiceNow certifications.
