- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 10+ years of experience in management within the machinery manufacturing industry.
- Management experience in a dealership environment, preferably with John Deere C&F.
- Experience in businesses with $100MM+ service sales operations and 10+ locations.
- Strategic level leadership experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Dynamics, PowerBi, Word, and Outlook.
