About You
- 7 to 10+ years of social strategy experience, with significant experience in pharma or other regulated industries.
- Demonstrated success building scalable social frameworks and integrating social cross-functionally.
- Experience leading small teams and driving adoption of new processes or governance structures.
- Strong understanding of CRM integration, audience segmentation, and data-driven optimization.
- Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to be concise, structured, and client-ready.
- Experience collaborating with PR and influencer partners; direct influencer strategy experience strongly preferred.
- Strategic thinker who brings structure to ambiguity.
- Comfortable challenging status quo thinking around social.
- Skilled at translating vision into operational plans.
- Polished communicator who can adapt messaging to senior stakeholders and clients.
