Summary

Berry Law is seeking a Director of Strategic Alliances to join their team in Omaha, NE. This senior, quota-carrying business development role is responsible for building and managing a nationwide pipeline and driving revenue growth through strategic relationship development.

About the Role

As the Director of Strategic Alliances, you will build and manage a robust national pipeline of partnership opportunities, develop and execute a national territory plan, leverage existing relationships, and open new partnership channels to expand Berry Law's reach to Veteran communities. You will also serve as a trusted representative at national events, maintain long-term partnerships, and track progress against growth objectives.

About You

Required:

10+ years in national-level sales, business development, or enterprise partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships within a regulated professional industry.
Proven ability to build, own, and activate a personal book of business or partnership network.
Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue or growth targets.
Experience operating independently with minimal supervision.
Strong ability to sell, persuade, influence, and deliver compelling value propositions.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for national events.

Preferred:

Military service, military community involvement, or deep familiarity with Veteran markets.
Prior experience selling into military, government, nonprofit, or professional association ecosystems.
Existing national network aligned with Veteran, military-adjacent, or high-value growth channels.
