About the Role
As the Director of Strategy and Operations, you will guide strategy, programmatic development, and operations within the MBA Program Office. Your responsibilities will include overseeing co-curricular initiatives, advising MBA clubs, and supporting community-building activities. You will also manage academic advising for multiple cohorts and collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless student experience.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years in a student services and/or higher education environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and web applications.
- Experience with Salesforce, Qualtrics, and data visualization software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or Business Administration.
- Experience in a University setting.
