About the Role
As the Director of Talent Acquisitions, you will partner with the leadership team to identify, attract, and close top-tier talent across diverse categories. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, developing compelling job descriptions, managing the recruitment lifecycle, designing scalable recruiting processes, and serving as a brand ambassador for the company.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of proven, full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within software startups or high-growth companies.
- Demonstrated success hiring across a variety of roles, including technical talent and senior leadership.
- Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Process-oriented and data-driven mindset with experience using ATS tools.
Preferred:
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and growing organizational needs.
