Summary
American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Director of Training and Service Sales to lead a high-impact training and servicing organization in Houston, TX.
About the Role
As the Director of Training and Service Sales, you will architect and lead a national program aimed at enhancing dealership income performance through F&I excellence, sales training, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include designing training content, launching training platforms, managing a field team, and continuously improving training materials based on dealer feedback.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of leadership in income development, F&I training, or dealer services.
- Deep knowledge of F&I products, sales processes, and dealership operations.
- Proven ability to build teams and programs from scratch.
- Skilled in instructional design, LMS deployment, and analytics-driven performance management.
- Must have a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years.
Preferred:
- Ability to travel 60-70% across the US.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong field presence and business acumen.
