About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of leadership experience in health or human services.
- 5+ years of program management in Unit Based and Residential services for vulnerable adults.
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota DHS, MN Department of Health, and HCBS setting rules.
- Meets 245D Designated Manager qualifications, including relevant degree or training and supervisory experience in disability or aging services.
- Experience supporting individuals with extraordinary needs or crisis situations.
- Project management experience (PMP, CAPM, or CPPM a plus).
- Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Benefits
- Salary range of $95,000–$115,000 + 15% Annual Incentive.
