About the Role

As the Director of Warehouse Operations, you will lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory flow and productivity optimization. Your responsibilities will include evaluating existing workflows, designing new standard operating procedures (SOPs), establishing productivity benchmarks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also oversee labor optimization, manage high-volume repacking operations, and serve as the operational liaison for 3PL partnerships.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
5+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience (multi-site preferred).
3+ years of leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing new operational processes.
Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems.

Preferred:

SAP experience.
Strong understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance standards.
