About the Role
As the Director of Operations, you will manage day-to-day operations, mentor Health Center Managers, ensure compliance with SOPs, analyze performance metrics, and oversee shared services including patient services and community outreach. You will also participate in strategic growth planning and budget management under the direction of senior leadership.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in health system contracting.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing clinical quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Robust skills in Microsoft Office software.
