About the Role
About You
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or healthcare operations.
- LCAS required; Dual full licensure preferred (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT).
- Knowledge of federal and state OTP regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid, unrestricted state appropriate driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working in or managing an Opioid Treatment Program.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations, budgets, and teams.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational systems.
