About You
- Minimum 10 years of recent Senior Leadership experience with health systems in large-scale implementations.
- Minimum 5-7 years as VP or Director of Data & Analytics for a multi-billion-dollar organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage large teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT discipline.
- Experience in modernizing large-scale data and analytics programs leveraging cloud & AI/ML technologies.
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare technology ecosystem including core EMR and third-party applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
