About You
- Bachelor's degree in packaging/mechanical/chemical/biochemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, or chemistry with 15 years of relevant experience; OR
- Master's degree in the same fields with 12 years of relevant experience; OR
- PhD in the same fields with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Subject matter expertise in packaging and medical device components.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements for medical devices and packaging.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in commercialization and tech transfer.
- Experience with thermal and distribution qualification for pharmaceutical products.
- Experience in developing documentation systems for the packaging community.
