As the Director, Patient Access, you will oversee registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, and scheduling to enhance patient experience and revenue integrity. You will ensure compliance with regulations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize operations. Your responsibilities include managing staff, developing training programs, and monitoring departmental performance metrics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or seven (7) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in a closely related field with a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree.
- 3-5 years of previous leadership experience.
