About the Role
As the Director, Physician Revenue Management, you will direct and organize revenue cycle activities, oversee business process improvements, and manage revenue cycle projects for 3,000 billing providers. You will be responsible for developing operational strategies, monitoring claims, training staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma required.
- A minimum of 3 years in Revenue Cycle Leadership required.
- Seven (7) years of experience in healthcare business office processes.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration/management preferred.
- Professional revenue cycle management experience including two (2) years of management experience preferred.
