About You
- Experience in leading large-scale change and transformations in the Life & Annuities Business.
- Delivery Management, Product management, and Change management experience during Insurance transformations.
- Exposure to working with Business Process People and IT Engineers, and PMO.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Experience with Insurance systems, particularly in product setup.
- Strong background in technical delivery management.
- 10+ years of experience in leading change in the Insurance industry.
