About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of product development or related experience, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, grading, trims, finishes, fabrics, and sublimation processes.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Team Sports or global sports brand experience.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendor/partner relationships.
