- Strength in data-driven product building and growth.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, insurance) is a plus but not required.

Valon is building the modern operating system for housing finance. We started by tackling one of the most complex and outdated systems in American financial infrastructure: mortgage servicing. A 13 trillion in debt—yet still runs on decades-old software, manual workflows, and black-box logic. Instead of building around the system, we became the system. We launched a full-stack national servicer, got licensed in all 50 states, and built our own AI-native, API-first platform from the ground up. The result? A vertically integrated, intelligent servicing solution now powering hundreds of thousands of mortgages—and rolling out to the broader market. Our software handles the regulated core of servicing with speed, accuracy, and auditability. From call summaries to exception resolution, our agentic AI automates front and back office tasks with real-time precision—because we own the system of record.
