Your role will require balancing quality, speed, and cost while fostering a collaborative team environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field; advanced degree in a scientific discipline or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry in drug development.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in a transparent environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in building and maintaining program-level budgets and long-range plans.
- Understanding of current capabilities of artificial intelligence tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
