Summary
Incline P&C Group is seeking a Director, Program Manager - Commercial and Specialty Lines to lead oversight and strategic management of assigned Managing General Agent (MGA) programs within their portfolio, based in Austin, TX.
About the Role
As the Director of Program Management, you will be responsible for the financial performance of assigned programs, including premium growth and loss ratio management. You will lead due diligence for new program opportunities, partner with reinsurance teams, collaborate with actuarial functions, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines. This role requires building executive-level relationships and influencing portfolio management strategy.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial or personal lines underwriting, portfolio management, or delegated authority program oversight.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong understanding of underwriting principles, portfolio construction, and insurance financial drivers.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated experience managing profitable books of business or MGA programs.
- Experience across multiple lines of business.
- Familiarity with reinsurance structures, treaty placements, and delegated authority models.
