About the Role

As the Director, Programs & Partner Operations, you will be responsible for managing relationships with buyer/partner organizations, coordinating with internal teams on deal sizing and fund flows, overseeing report preparation for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. You will also lead a small analyst team, collaborate with IT to enhance automation, and contribute to internal planning and forecasting related to partner activity.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
8-10 years of experience in financial operations, leasing, securitization, or private equity fund administration.
Strong working knowledge of Excel, MS Access, and enterprise finance systems (SAP, Hyperion, or equivalent).

Preferred:

Experience in multinational financial services or leasing environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and IT.
