About the Role
As a Director, Project Management, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining integrated project plans, preparing agendas for key meetings, tracking decisions and action items, compiling risk registries, and coordinating internal resources for project execution. You will ensure that project priorities align with Soleno's corporate objectives and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; a higher degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical project management with a strong understanding of the drug development process through commercialization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficient in SmartSheet, MS Project, Office Timeline Pro, OnePager, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- PMP certification strongly preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action and communicate complex issues simply.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.
