About the Role
As the Director of Project Delivery, you will collaborate with various internal and external teams to execute and manage solutions for the Investor Centers. You will oversee a team of resources and vendors, track project progress, and ensure alignment with objectives, budgets, and schedules. Your responsibilities will include creating budgets, reviewing bids, and presenting reports to stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of construction or project management experience with increasing responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in business, project or construction management, engineering, or other related areas.
Preferred:
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Experience with Procore, MS Excel (advanced), MS Project, Kahua, PMWeb, or TriRiga.
