Summary
Garner Health is seeking a Director, Regulatory & Compliance to join their Legal team in New York, NY. The role involves leading the design and execution of Garner's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategy.
About the Role
As the Director of Compliance and Regulatory, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for regulatory frameworks governing Garner's products. Your responsibilities include building a scalable GRC framework, managing compliance obligations, partnering with the Product Team for compliance on new initiatives, and providing general legal support as needed.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in regulatory and compliance with knowledge of key regulatory regimes.
- A J.D. from a U.S. law school and admission to a state bar.
- Proven experience building compliance programs in a high-growth or startup environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a rapidly-evolving startup environment.
- A willingness to take initiative and ensure company success.

- Base salary range of $240k–$270k.
