About the Role
As the Director, SAP EAM Consulting Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives for the SAP consulting practice, particularly in EAM. This includes proposal development, project scope estimation, acting as an EAM solution architect, and integrating EAM solutions into SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will guide and mentor teams through EAM project lifecycles, contribute to thought leadership in EAM, and support practice administration focused on EAM.
About You
Required:
- Minimum ten years of recent experience delivering SAP advisory services with a specific focus on EAM for clients in the energy and utilities sectors.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
Preferred:
- MBA from an accredited college/university.
- Experience leading EAM-focused pre-sales activities and working within a Big Four accounting environment.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Activate methodology and leading design workshops.
