About the Role
As the Director, SAP S4 Public Cloud Professional Services (PSA) Lead, you will be responsible for managing project setup, resource planning, billing, and revenue recognition. You will ensure seamless integration between Engagement Management and Finance processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply SAP best practices, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and oversee configuration and testing activities. Additionally, you will work on data governance and migration strategies to ensure compliance and accuracy.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 15+ years of consulting experience in ERP and finance transformation.
- At least three full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations in Professional Services or Engagement Management, including Finance integration.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in leading at least six full lifecycle SAP implementations focused on Professional Services Engagement management and Financials.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and define business-centric solutions.
- Exceptional program management and delivery execution skills in finance transformation programs.
- Proven leadership in driving finance transformation and team performance.
