NTT DATA North America is seeking a Director, Service Delivery to join their team in Springfield, Virginia. The role focuses on modernizing IT operations, enhancing service delivery, and strengthening the client's ability to meet evolving challenges.
About the Role
As a Director, Service Delivery, you will oversee technical architecture and operations for data centers, manage IT infrastructure, and lead strategic IT modernization initiatives. You will design enterprise architectures, ensure compliance with government policies, and provide end-to-end IT support services. Additionally, you will deliver centralized IT service desk support, implement cybersecurity measures, and communicate regularly with client leadership on IT initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and enterprise architecture within Federal Government agencies.
- Minimum of 5 years proven leadership in managing large-scale IT environments, including private cloud hosting and data center operations.
- Must be a US citizen with an Active Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred:
- ITIL Foundation or higher.
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Master's degree.
