Summary

About the Role
As the Director of Engineering, you will define and drive the next generation of Routing products, overseeing the entire lifecycle from Route Planning to Route Execution. You will lead a world-class engineering organization, ensuring operational excellence and fostering innovation in routing and logistics.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years leading multi-team organizations managing managers.
- Experience architecting and scaling distributed systems in domains such as routing engines, mapping services, or logistics optimization.
Preferred:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience scaling products and revenue through a high growth phase.
