Summary
CSL Behring is seeking a Director, Statistical Programming to lead the development and maintenance of statistical programming capabilities required for regulatory obligations in King of Prussia, PA.
About the Role
As the Director, Statistical Programming, you will manage a team of programmers supporting clinical trials and integrated analyses. You will work closely with the Senior Director to enhance programming processes and ensure deliverables meet CSL standards. Responsibilities include overseeing CRO delivery, managing in-house programming, mentoring team members, and driving automation in programming methods.
About You
Required:
- BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related area with relevant experience.
- At least 15 years of experience in the biotech, pharma, or CRO industries.
- Extensive understanding of clinical programming and/or statistical programming processes and standards.
- Advanced experience with statistical programming using SAS software, including SAS Macros.
Preferred:
- 5 or more years of direct supervisory experience.
- Experience with CRO management.
- Advanced knowledge in CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM).
- Experience in working in cross-functional, multicultural, and international clinical trial teams.
