The role involves providing input regarding planning, management, and logistics for statistical programming services and developing the strategic vision for all statistical programming activities.
About the Role
As the Director of Statistical Programming, you will work closely with clients to provide high-level consulting services for statistical analysis, reporting, and programming activities. Your responsibilities will include developing statistical analysis plans, conducting statistical analyses, validating programming outputs, and ensuring that all client work meets or exceeds expectations. You will also lead internal initiatives focused on standards governance and evaluate emerging technologies to expand capabilities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry or equivalent IT consulting role.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams or large-scale programming operations.
Preferred:
- SAS® certification.
- Strong experience with clinical study design development and analysis.
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
