About the Role
As the Director, Strategic Initiatives, you will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable programs while driving governance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include identifying and implementing strategic business opportunities, optimizing operations, leading the implementation of new capabilities, and providing program management support to strategic initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a focus in transformation, operations improvement, or business process reengineering.
- Track record of success in operationalizing business strategies and driving cost reduction and growth initiatives.
- Experience leading project teams in the development and implementation of strategic projects.
- Demonstration of critical, analytical, and creative thinking and problem solving.
Preferred:
- Lean, process improvement, or related certifications.
- Experience in the insurance industry.
- Experience with analytics to evaluate and optimize business processes.
