As the Director, Strategic Operations, you will help set the vision, translate strategy into execution, and lead critical initiatives that accelerate business priorities. Your responsibilities will include streamlining processes, managing organizational rhythms, and improving execution across planning and communications. You will also prepare executive communications and design team engagements to foster clarity and alignment.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of ten years of demonstrated experience in strategic operational roles, partnering directly with senior leaders and executives.
- Exceptional program management skills and ability to orchestrate across multiple workstreams with precision.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
Preferred:
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or digital media; familiarity with the GenAI landscape is a strong plus.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
