About the Role
As a Director Strategic Sourcing, you will lead a team of procurement professionals, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and establish strong supplier relationships. You will develop and execute annual and strategic procurement plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and drive supplier negotiation and contract management.
About You
Required:
- 10 plus years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP and e-sourcing platforms.
- International experience with exposure to high-growth regions.
- Cross-functional experience in Digital Technology, Supply Chain and Finance.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Extensive experience in procurement and sourcing.
- Complex and large project management and/or contract management experience.
- Professional certifications in project/supply chain/procurement/contract management.
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen.
- Experience with SAP, E-Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools.
- Experience with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
