Summary
Amgen is seeking a Director Supply Chain Technology (Planning, Procurement & Data and Analytics) to join their team in Tampa, FL. The role involves leading the Demand Planning, Procurement & Data Analytics technology product teams to enhance Supply Chain technology capabilities.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading teams that deliver innovative technologies in Supply Chain. You will maintain strategic relationships with leadership, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with data governance standards. Your tasks will include overseeing the ERP implementation program and translating business needs into actionable technology strategies.
About You
Required:
- Doctorate degree and 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or a Master's degree and 9 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 11 years of experience.
- At least 5 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, or programs.
Preferred:
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP IBP, and/or Anaplan systems.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or 10+ years in Supply Chain Management or Technology Management.
- Domain expertise in Plan to Stock processes and analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML-driven optimization solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules.
- Formal certifications in PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, or relevant supply chain/technology disciplines.
