About the Role
As the Director of Surgical Nursing Services, you will provide clinical leadership and administrative direction for the goal development, process implementation, evaluation, and operational management of Surgical Services and Clinics. You will be responsible for aligning goals with the organization's strategic plan and resources, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree obtained through at least a 2-year program.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program/school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, BSN or MSN).
- Seven years of related hospital surgical services experience, including department management.
Preferred:
- CNOR certification.
