As the Director of Synthetic Molecules Analytical R&D, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced analytical characterization methods for drug substances and products. You will utilize cutting-edge techniques for structural elucidation and impurity management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide scientific leadership to ensure robust analytical control strategies aligned with regulatory expectations.
About You
Required:
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, or related field with 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical laboratory.
- Deep understanding of mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and impurity management.
Preferred:
- Experience with project and people leadership in pharmaceutical development.
- Strong technical background with a history of new or improved product releases and publications.
