STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Director, Technical Accounting to join their team in Denver, CO. The role involves providing insight into financial reporting related to technical accounting analysis and documentation.
About the Role
As the Director, Technical Accounting, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and disclosures, interpreting and applying accounting standards, and providing audit support. You will develop and maintain accounting policies, participate in financial systems enhancement, and assess the financial impact of transactions. Additionally, you will implement new accounting standards and facilitate training on relevant topics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 8+ years of prior work experience.
- CPA and public accounting experience.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP.
Preferred:
- Technical accounting and financial reporting experience in industry.
- Real estate/data center industry experience.
- Experience with complex legal and reporting structures.
- NetSuite experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
