About the Role
As the Director of Technical Architecture, you will manage daily operations of the Digital Architecture team, oversee task assignments, and serve as a liaison to stakeholders. You will mentor and develop your team, provide technical direction, and drive modernization initiatives while ensuring compliance and security in architectural decisions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; OR 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- 8 years of experience in technology functions, including 3 years as a practicing Architect.
- 3 years of direct team lead or people management experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure services, cloud platforms, application development, and integration.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with industry frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, or SAFe.
- Experience managing technology vendor contracts and distributed teams.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
