About the Role
As the Director, Total Rewards, you will provide strategic leadership in developing and administering compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. You will partner with corporate and subsidiary leadership to align these programs with company objectives, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting employee wellness. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing current rewards programs and their effectiveness in incentivizing desired employee behaviors.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience designing & leading Total Rewards Programs.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of global benefit and compensation experience.
Preferred:
- Experience advising on global compensation and benefit practices.
- Knowledge of HR Information Systems, specifically Dayforce.
