About the Role
As the Director of Transportation Management Systems, you will maximize financial returns on technology in Medline's Transportation Management System (TMS) and Route Planner (RP). You will build and manage a world-class team, ensure the reliability and security of business information systems, and support a data-driven decision-making culture. Your responsibilities will include innovating analytics approaches, managing staffing expectations, and delivering best-in-class tools and services.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, computer science, supply chain management, or related field.
- Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs.
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Proven data literacy and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and planning skills.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (Masters or MBA).
- 4+ years of experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- Broad experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and predictive analytics.
