About the Role
As the Director, U.S. Market Access Alternative Distribution Strategic Alliances, you will be responsible for establishing a new function within USMAx, developing a comprehensive strategic framework for alternative distribution, and leading contracting and negotiation strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and performance monitoring across initiatives, while advocating for resources and influencing cross-functional partners.
About You
Required:
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Track record of building exceptional cross-functional alignment and teams.
- Demonstrated distribution, market access, operational, and contracting acumen.
- Strong financial acumen.
- 12+ years of USMAx / US Market experience.
Preferred:
- Strategic mindset with experience in leading high-visibility strategies.
