Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and translating payer requirements into actionable workflows.
About You
Required:
- 8–15+ years in healthcare operations, including population health, managed care, or value-based care.
- Demonstrated success in deploying automation and AI in care delivery.
- Proven experience in building and scaling patient-facing operational teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred:
- Experience in translating contracts into repeatable workflows with measurable outcomes.
- Passion for transforming heart health for patients and providers.
