As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for washing dishes, pots, and pans according to Bickford's procedures, completing tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining room, serving food in a timely manner, and interacting with residents to enhance their dining experience.
About You
Required:
- A Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
Preferred:
- Exhibit a 'cleaner's Mindset.'
- Competent in organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
